At Eunoia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review the terms and steps below:
Conditions for Exchange:
The t-shirt or hoodie must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
No stains, marks, or signs of use will be accepted.
The item must have its tags intact.
How to Exchange:
Step 1: Contact our support team to request the exchange or return of article.
Step 2: Tell our support team the reason of return.
Step 3: Send the package back to us using your preferred courier service.
Step 4: Once your package is received at our warehouse, we’ll process your exchange request promptly.
Additional Information:
A 350 PKR delivery fee will be charged for the exchanged product, payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon delivery.
Please note, exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
