2. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery takes 3-4 days across Pakistan.
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Exchange & Return Policy

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Customers must fill out an exchange form and send the product via their preferred courier service.
  • A 350 PKR delivery fee applies to all exchange requests via COD.
• Returns for refunds are not accepted; only exchanges are allowed.

5. Product Information

• We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
• Eunoia is not responsible for minor differences in product appearance.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is safe with us and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to process your order (e.g., shipping providers).

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Eunoia and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Eunoia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
